VICTORY BREWING ARTISAN CHEESE BEER DINNER W/JEFF ROBERTS
Victory Brewing Company presents a specialty beer dinner on Wednesday, October 24, 2007, beginning at 6PM. This unique five course meal will feature renowned artisan cheese writer, consultant, and New England Culinary Institute adjunct professor Jeff Roberts from Vermont.
Roberts has been featured in media nationwide. Recently his new book, Atlas of American Artisan Cheese (Chelsea Green, 2007), was reviewed with praise by the New York Times. In the review, he was donned, “a walking encyclopedia of American cheeses.”
“We look forward to hosting the American authority on artisan cheese here at Victory Brewing. This will be a fun unique experience for our many quality beer and cheese fans,” said Bill Covaleski, Victory Brewing founder and brewmaster.
