1. Favorite VBC beer: Harvest Pils & Old Horizontal
2. First (or favorite) beer memory: I was 17 in Lucern, Switzerland in a small fondue place. Upon learning that it was my first beer, the restaurant made me stand up and chug. The whole place chanted and cheered.
3. Ideal food/beer pairing: Buffalo chicken pizza and a tall HopDevil
4. Ultimate way to enjoy a VBC: By following it up with another.
5. Life outside of VBC: I am a proud New York Italian who just finished my Master’s degree in Biology at Villanova. I enjoy baseball, music, going to concerts, and underwater basket –weaving (but then, who doesn’t). I am also a pretty good looking guy, if I do say so myself.
