At the heart of any great beer are the finest ingredients. Here at Victory, German malted barley, a mix of European and American hops, 23 unique yeast strains (for our wide variety of beers), and the highest quality local water is blended to create our refined brews. In the pictures below you'll notice two different colored malts, dark and light. Malted barley provides beer its color and so the darker beers utilize darker malts and the lighter beers utilize lighter malts. One unique aspect at Victory is that Brewmasters Bill and Ron insist on using whole flower hops for their beers. Though whole hops were not a part of their training in Germany, the flavorful brews they envisioned lead them to this quality decision.
