Taste Victory Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Eligibility: The Taste Victory Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open and offered only to legal residents of PA, NJ, DE, NY, OH, VA, NC, SC, TN, AL, GA and FL who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Victory Brewing Company (“Sponsor”), Arrowhead Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, Sweepstakes or production agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members or individuals residing in their same household, are not eligible to participate or enter. Licensed wholesaler, licensed retailers and their employees may not participate in a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by Sponsor. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period will be divided into twelve (12) separate monthly entry periods (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”), with each Monthly Entry Period beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the month. Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, shall be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
  3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  4. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
    • (A) Online: Visit www.victorybeer.com/tastevictorysweeps during any Monthly Entry Period to find, complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry into that Monthly Entry Period’s random drawing. Limit one online entry per person per day.
    • (B) QR Code: Visit participating retailers where Victory Beer is sold, find and scan the Sweepstakes QR Code with your smartphone. Follow the on-screen instructions to be taken to the Website where you can complete and submit the entry form to receive one (1) entry into that Monthly Entry Period’s random drawing. Limit one QR Code entry per person per day.
  5. Winner Selections: There will be a total of one (1) Prize winner per Monthly Entry Period (12 Prize winners total during the entire Sweepstakes Period). The monthly Prize winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by Administrator on or about the fifth day following the end of each Monthly Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each Monthly Entry Period. Non-winning entries from any Monthly Entry Period will NOT roll over to subsequent drawings. Prize winners will be notified by Administrator via email on or about the day of the applicable random drawing. Failure to respond to a winner notification within forty-eight (48) hours will be deemed forfeiture of the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Limit one (1) Prize per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
  6. Verification of Potential Winner: A potential Prize winner may be required to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility, including government-issued identification. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within forty-eight (48) hours of notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
  7. Prizes & Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):
    • January–March 2026: Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) home team sports jersey for themselves and a friend (team selected by winner). ARV: $500.00 each.
    • April–June 2026: Three (3) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to the All-Star Game. ARV: $500.00 per pair. Prize does not include transportation or parking. Seat location and game date at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
    • July–August 2026: Three (3) winners will each receive a $500.00 Ticketmaster gift card. ARV: $500.00 each.
    • September–October 2026: Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) $500.00 prepaid gift card. ARV: $500.00 each.
    Total ARV per Monthly Entry Period: $1,500.00. Total ARV for entire Sweepstakes Period: $6,000.00. No prize transfer or cash substitutes allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Allow 6–8 weeks for prize delivery. Alcohol is not part of any prize.
  8. Entry Conditions and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules; release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all claims, expenses, and liability; indemnify and defend the Sweepstakes Entities from any claims arising out of participation or use/misuse of prize; and authorize use of entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown, and state for promotional purposes worldwide without further payment or compensation.
  9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
  10. Limitations of Liability: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any injury or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of any prize. EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
  11. Disputes/Governing Law: Any disputes shall be resolved individually without class action and submitted to binding arbitration in Pennsylvania under JAMS Arbitration Rules before a single neutral arbitrator. All issues shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.
  12. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling prizes. All personal information is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at victorybeer.com/resource-center-policies-and-procedures/.
